 Champagne Cocktail

I love the holiday season and spending time with loved ones and friends. While living in Florida, I frequently hosted and attended gatherings with friends and family.
As an attendee I would always volunteer to help out in the kitchen, which gave me an opportunity to observe special dishes and request recipes.  In some cases there was a chef preparing the dishes, which was the case for this christmas party and he was so grateful for my help he shared the recipe for this delicious cocktail.
This cocktail is one of my favorites and if you love ice cream and champagne I guarantee you’ll love this too.

This sophisticated cocktail is especially easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

1/4 white grape juice
1/4 cup water
2 2/3 cups chilled champagne
1 chocolate~raspberry Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream

Directions:

1. Mix first three ingredients, stir well.

2. Pour into champagne flutes.

3. Using a small scoop, place a dollop of ice cream in each glass.

Servings: Four cocktails
